We are talking to one  of our FAVORITE women in honor of International Women's Day! In our most special and personal episode yet, KB, our mom, is here sharing her journey - from struggling with alcohol to getting sober and how she has stepped into a life full of true and authentic joy. But it wasn't easy. In this honest conversation, we talk about having two family members in rehab back-to-back, how alcoholism looks different for everyone and how it has affected all of us. We're so proud of her for sharing her story and hope this inspires and helps anyone who is or has a family member struggling with alcohol and addiction, or anyone who is just curious about trying out sobriety.
