What happened to you when you were a small child and you had big feelings? If you were told to go away or get over it or yelled at for having tricky emotions then it is probably hard to learn how to feel your feelings as an adult.

The reason why your parents didn’t teach you how to feel your feelings is because they didn’t know how to teach you.  

They were likely never taught so they can't teach what they don’t know and only passed on the strategies that were modeled to them when they were little. 

…and so on and so on down your family lineage…

Today I will help you to break the cycle of stuffing/exploding with emotions and then you can teach it to your kids to have more harmony in the home.
