We also chat about cold and warm baths - thermal cycle and cold thermogenesis, lucid dreaming and why we should be floating and all the benefits of it. Before the show we try meditating under the Pandora Star - deep trance meditative light device. It's very interesting and it's supposed to entrain brain waves to multiple states and it creates psychedelic, colorful, geometric imagery. "Floating" is lying in a fully dark, quiet tank full of warm salt water. It's so relaxing that you can let go of your body and most physical feeling.
