-Jason Lacayo has spent well over a decade in Law Enforcement

-He began his career in 2005 as a member of NYPD where worked Operation Impact on the 4x12 tour

-In 2007, he transferred to the City of White Plains, NY Police Department where worked 18 months on patrol before he moved into the Emergency Services Unit and became a SWAT operator

-He is a state Certified PT instructor and runs the Cooper Standard test to screen new applicants to his unit

-He believes that a complete approach to health and wellness should be prioritized so officers can optimize performance both on and off the job
