Kevin details the myriad technical issues he has experienced, along with his thoughts on the "play as anyone" gimmick, and the rest of the game so far. The guys also played through the Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity demo to see if it would tickle their fancy before the release in a few weeks. Other topics include Cyberpunk's latest delay (AFTER GOING GOLD), Halo's continued troubles, PS5 preview impressions, and so much more!

Let's talk through our gaming habits, Kevin revisiting a game from 2019 to see if it got any better, PS5's fan being optimized over time, and interesting job openings at Kojima Productions and Sucker Punch.

Sony finally revealed both the UI and the UX, and it's been a slow news week, so that's the main topic. Because it's a slow week, that means lots of tangents, which the guys do better than anyone else. Also, Kevin also talks about his staycation and issues with mental health during the pandemic, his two latest Platinums, Sean's try at Watch Dogs 2, more Miles Morales details, and Phil Spencer's rather confounding interview with Kotaku.

Insomniac Games had previously said they would be updating the face of Peter Parker in Spider-Man Remastered on PS5, but they broke the internet last week when a brand new face was revealed for Peter. It's the internet, so everything has to be the worst thing that has ever happened. The guys are here to give a much more sane take on the change. They also give their thoughts on the retro-style Metroidvania that released a couple of years ago - TimeSpinner, preview impressions of the PS5 from Japan, concerns over PS4 to PS5 save transfers, and the inevitable crunch happening to get Cyberpunk 2077 across the finish line.

Microsoft dropped an atomic bomb on the video game industry last week when they announced they had purchased ZeniMax, along with everything under their umbrella including all of Bethesda's studios. Since then, there has been a lot of discussions around what this means for future releases of Bethesda titles outside of the Xbox and PC ecosystems. The guys run through what they think it means before covering Amazon Luna's announcement, rumors of a Bloodborne remaster coming to PS5, and Sean's thoughts on the Metal Gear Solid Remake rumors. Also, Kevin is in love with Mario Galaxy.
