Today's episode is a bit rough. We were experiencing some recording issues and unfortunately this was one of the casualties. We did what we could to fix it, but a lot was lost and this is the best we could get from it. If you have any questions, please feel free to message us and we will let you know what was missed or left out.
Today, myself, Randy and Becky discussed some fried chicken wings that we played around with. It's nothing too crazy, but worth a try. It's a very simple recipe that we started on the smoker then ended up deep frying. The batter was very basic and the oil was nothing special. Thanks for listening and enjoy.

Jeff and I had a pretty nice relaxing weekend back in October, where it was just he and I cooking. We didn't do anything fancy, just a bit of fun stuff like we used to do back in the day.
We ended up making these 2 (actually 3 if you listen to the entire episode) recipes and decide to record and throw them out to y'all to listen to. We only had really one problem with one of the recipes, but overall, they all turned out delicious.

This episode slipped by the finger tips and never got edited or added to the collection. This one is from Fathers day 2021. i know, i know, i know....it happens. IM SORRY.
We revisited our ribs episode and made the changes that we talked about and it turned out PHENOMONAL. 4 racks with 4 different bases (mustards), but we tried to keep the flavor the same so as to not screw up. From what we talked about (and what little I remember), we used the Fragout flavor Chem-Ops rub and only changed the mustard base.

SNOWS BITCH!! This entire trip was Nates idea and after almost a year of planning, we FINALLY made it happen. Listen to our epic adventure to Snow's BBQ in Lexington, Tx.
