He did not deserve his, neither did his children or wives (yes you read that right). It took 30 long years for former CPO Williams to receive justice...but here's the thing...his wife, Penny, has still not received justice. #JusticeForPennyWilliams

This is Episode 1/2 on CPO (Chief Petty Officer) Herman Williams, who was railroaded by our legal system, just straight up railroaded. He lost his career, his kids and 30yrs of his life!
