This week we finally discuss our childhood sexual traumas and get very vulnerable with some of the things we’ve learned through our healing process. This topic isn’t easy to talk about but it’s important and we always want to give hope to those going through the thick of it. It’s a huge part of our stories and why we ended up turning to drugs in our younger years so we felt it was finally time to share this piece of us with you all. It takes serious COURAGE to face these traumas and parts of ourselves to heal from them so just know that you are a warrior and will get through it. We are always here to help anyway we can!!
