Over the past few months, I’ve been having more honest conversations with clients about something I didn’t expect to talk about in my work — GLP-1 support.

The problem is, there’s a lot of misinformation out there and A LOT of people (including doctors) doing GLP’s wrong. 

What I’ve come to understand — both professionally and personally — is that many women were struggling because their nervous systems were overloaded.

When the body spends years in stress, restriction, inflammation, or survival mode, your metabolism adapts. 

Hunger signals change. 

Cravings intensify. 

Recovery slows. 

And weight loss begins to feel disproportionately hard compared to effort.

Not because you’re doing something wrong — but because your biology is trying to protect you.
