🚨 2023 Women's World Cup Draw Reaction: The USWNT Placed in Group G with Netherlands and Vietnam | Which is the Group of Death (Soccer 10/22)
Sandra Herrera and Lisa Roman react to the Women's World Cup Draw for the 2023 tournament in Australia and New Zealand. The USWNT is drawn into Group G along with Netherlands, debutant Vietnam and the winner of Group A Playoff -- either Portugal, Thailand or Cameroon. Sandra and Lisa run through the entire draw, discussing the Group of Death, the easiest group, the 5 first-time countries and more. Plus, they do a deep dive into Group G with the USA. The USWNT will play Vietnam in the first-ever meeting between the nations in the opener on July 22 in New Zealand. Then on July 27 the USA will play Netherlands, in a 2019 World Cup Final rematch. The final Group Stage match will be on August 1 between USA and either Portugal, Thailand or Cameroon.
