Unlimited tolerance.
Unlimited sacrifice.
Unlimited chances.
Unlimited self-abandonment.

And then we wonder why our bodies are exhausted.

Because not every relationship is healed through proximity.

Sometimes healing begins when we finally stop betraying ourselves to maintain connection.

People-pleasing.
Hyper-responsibility.
Fear of disappointing others.
Feeling guilty for having needs or boundaries.
Confusing dysfunction with loyalty.
