We're welcome the amazing James Sholto fo AT88 this week. He'll be teaching us all about Alexander Technique, but first, we need to know what we're eating. Louise has discovered a new favorite tortilla chip, Renee is giving you a great use for stale croissants, and James is having an existential crisis about boiled eggs.
Then, James tells his story of transforming from a viola player with chronic pain and performance anxiety to a confident Alexander Technique teacher. This method helps people become more mindful about how they move through space and engage with the world. It helps with things like neck pain and posture, but it also unlocks our connections to our bodies. James helps us explore how we choose to move through the world and shift our energy in the most profound ways.
Then, Renee avoided getting kidnapped by fairies in Dunkeld, and Louise and James are both working up a sweat and enjoying the support of fabulous personal trainers.
