Who knew?  At the end of Trump's term in office, Americans were shocked as 70,000 ICE veterans turned to meditation after bursting into tears at Truth and Reconciliation sessions.  

Forced into abandoned government housing units for the mass healing process mandated by the courts, called by wags "The Asshole Hilton", the ICE vets were stricken with guilt so paralyzing that they actually took the advice of the protesters to "SHUT THE EF UP AND GO HOME!!!" - which is similar to the practice of committing to long periods of silence with closed eyes.
