215. How Many Workouts Per Week Should You Aim For?

Do you know what the ideal number of workouts are per week? Maybe you’ve made some personal goals this year to “workout more” and get in better shape. That’s great! So, should you aim for 3 workouts a week, 5 workouts a week, or more or less than that?

For this week’s quick Ask Megan episode, I’m answering Liz’s question about this very topic. She asks: “Looking back over the past year, I realized I’m barely getting two strength training workouts a week, even thought my goal had been to get three. Should I still aim for 3 or should I scale my goal back to just 2 workouts a week?”

Ah, great question.
