Hello Everyone, my name is Dylan Carnahan. I am a recent college graduate and former collegiate baseball player. After hanging up my cleats at the end of my 5-year college career, I now fill the shoes as a Health Information Management (HIM) Consultant at Cerner, where I’m aligned with the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs’ Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) project. Where I help configure, validate, and demonstrate Cerner's software to improve the quality of care for our nation's veterans.
Outside of my responsibilities at Cerner, I work as the passionate founder and host of the “Simple Questions Podcast”. The podcast serves as a platform to ask Kansas City experts community-generated questions. We have had a variety of local guests such as World Series champions, a two-time Olympian, C-suite executives, a Human Rights Lawyer, and many more Kansas Citians on the podcast. Creating this platform enables the promotion of the talents and knowledge that Kansas City has to offer through the guests' stories that are told & the musicians that allow their music to be featured on each episode.
If you’re looking to learn more about me or my responsibilities, let’s connect and learn from one another. You can contact me at [email protected] and find the "Simple Questions Podcast" on our website simplequestionspodcast.com or your preferred streaming platform.
