I heard a new term the other day and wanted to share it with you.  

It opened my eyes to where so much of our unconsciousness comes from because we spend so much time in AVE.

I’ll explain more about what AVE is in today’s episode.  

When we can name it then we can claim it so it doesn't have such a hold on our hearts.

From that awareness, we can breathe a little lighter and have more harmony in our homes.
