Yeah. We're going to talk about what that means. Triggers are actually our greatest teachers. It's not for the faint of heart, but the way I see it is we have two options: we can live a life devoid of being triggered (no growth) or we can woman-up and lean into the things that trigger us and allow them to teach us (growth.) Growth is painful, there's no denying that, and so we have a choice: stay stuck by avoiding the discomfort of growth or getting curious and leaning into the discomfort. This episode is all about our triggers- what it means when we're triggered and how to navigate the messiest parts of ourselves with courage and vulnerability. (Brene Brown would 100% approve of this message, ha!)
