I have mentored and coached hundreds of women to become Directors of Operations (DOOs), who uplevel to the next best version of themselves. We take your hard skills and amplify them, but we also focus on the leadership component. We as DOOs have this leadership skill set, but often we don't tap into it because we don't have it laid out for us.
