This time of year can feel so different for all of us — joyful, chaotic, happy, heavy, introspective, playful, hard. Or maybe it feels like a little bit of all of this — all at once. As parents, caregivers, partners, creators, business owners -- whatever roles you're playing — the holidays undoubtedly take a lot out of each of us. 

If you’re already juggling the mental load, the emotional load, the planning, the prepping, the hosting, and the everything-in-between… this episode is your reminder that you get to pause, too.

This short bonus episode offers a calming Grounded Gratitude meditation — created as a reminder to tune in and take a moment for yourself... especially when things start to feel chaotic.
