Jill is a published professor at Guilford College and the co-editor of Why The Magic Matters: Discovering Disney As A Laboratory For Learning, and she shows how Disney studies can train the same skills students need everywhere: careful observation, critical thinking, and the ability to hold nuance without falling into cynicism.
