Our ATF brother Toño Valdivia is a family man, adaptive athlete and angel among us. He shares his story with us about the day he had a horrific motorcycle accident that ultimately left him without his left leg. He tells us how that specific leg was the one the saved his life and how this accident helped him become a more present father and husband.

We were blessed to have Lakeydra Houston, USAF (Ret.) on the show and dude...she brought it something fierce! The amount of vulnerability this incredible woman brought to the table was rock star status!!

Lakeydra's story is gut wrenching yet beautiful. A woman who at the tender age of 6 experienced her first sexual assault for years at home. In her personal journey to escape it, she experienced it yet again within her first 6 months as a new Airman in the U.S. Air Force.

After sharing her story with one of her recruits that ultimately saved that recruits life, she is on a mission to continue to  help make the changes the Military needs in order to help save others.

I met Amber while in Ireland this past summer while attending a music healing camp with our friends with Operation Rock The Troops. What a beautiful and life changing experience for so many of us.
