What an episode we just had with out brothers Drew and TJ. They are both Active Duty bro's/supervisors who have dealt with a lot of loss when it comes to suicide. They have also responded to multiple suicide attempts and struggles of their own.
Join us as we sit down with them to talk about all of this, how they are handling moments when it's their own subordinates struggling with it and how they've been handling loses of their own.
We had no idea where we were going with this episode but what I can say is that it turned out better than we thought. They put it all on the line so that others know that their not alone and to help showcase that it's ok to not be ok!!!

Join us as we catch up with Ms. Cherrell, a selfless woman who helped me out when I was homeless. It is a true honor to be able to give back to her on this platform now that she is in the fight of her life.
I haven't seen her in person in almost 10 years, but she has been one of my #1 cheerleaders ever since I chose to do different. Who would have thought a few subway vouchers and a warm bed could keep us connected all these years.
Our 2200TAPS family is grateful for her and we are rooting her on as she continues to kick cancers ass!!!

She has a passion for Vets, however, her story can help impact the every day person who just might need to hear it. I still can’t believe she trusted us enough to open up in a way we both didn’t realize we needed.
Thank you Bliven for coming on and sharing something truly special!!

Their mission... "To Honor The Military, Veterans, First Responders, and their families by preparing them in mind, body and soul for a life of purpose that contributes back to society".
Jason is also a dear friend who I personally met through the Adaptive Training Foundation. This guy has one of the biggest hearts a Texas boy can have.

Our guests just keep getting better and better and this next one has shot to the top of my list of all around good people.
Join us as we sit down with Celebrity Trainer Luke Milton as we discuss his experience as a Celebrity Trainer and what it's been like training Adaptive Athletes. He is an Australian native who decided to make some big moves out to Los Angeles where he founded his own gym, Training Mate.
He has a huge list of celebs that he has trained and continues to train which we also talk about. So what was our burning question for Luke? What's the difference in training a celebrity VS an adaptive athlete? You won't believe the beautiful answer he gave.
Thank you "Mate" for your amazing support, humor and hot pink speedos you occasionally show off to us. Love you brother!!!

FINALLY...
We decided it was time for a fun episode and what better way to throw in shenanigans than teaming up with my best friend and lead singer of Beyond the Blonde out of Chicago.
I have invited back Charity alongside her guitarist Bobby for a little hot seat action that they weren't entirely ready for. Our hope is that this brings you laughter and a little more insight on who they are as they answer a combination of naughty questions and more.
If you're a fan of P!nk, Gwen Stefani or Lady Gaga, then you'll want to check out their tribute band to all 3 heavy hitters at the link below.

What an honor is was to be able to spend some time with our brother in arms, motivational public speaker and medically retired Army SSG Shilo Harris.
Shilo joins us to share a little bit about his story when his Humvee was struck by an IED in 2007 while patrolling the roads of Iraq. He is also sharing a very cool event he will be attending on September 13, 2021 here in Dallas where he will be one of the special guests for Lee Greenwoods Patriot Award Dinner. Find out how you can get involved at https://www.helpingahero.org/ where you can join the movement.
A little background, I actually met Shilo at the Celebrity Softball game here in Arlington a couple months ago and what a heart this warrior has. I hope you enjoy this special episode just as much as I did! Love you brother!!

A Veterans mission to help share stories of those who have gone through traumas/tragedies, but how they've been able to overcome them because somebody needs to hear it. Is that somebody…
Why? Losing people, especially our own kids to suicide is absolutely gut wrenching. Losing 22 Veterans a day is bullsh*t and I was almost one of them! I will continue to stop at nothing until we get that number down to ZERO!!
