Most of us grew up believing that “we have to face reality.” When we find our minds drifting off and dreaming of a life, a place, or a situation different from our present, we’re told to “get real.” But when you think about it, you can make that dream a reality. Today, Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy talks about creating your reality and the importance of deciding to do so instead of just facing what’s in front of you. Most people are stuck today because their minds are invested too much in what they can see today. Assume the state you want to be in, whether it’s happier, wealthier, or more successful, and stay there regardless of what the rest of the world thinks. And that assumption will harden into fact. You must be able to see the life you can create within you and realize that outside reality is subject to change.
