1. What things drained my energy this year, and what am I officially choosing to release? (consider people, relationships, parts of your career/business, and inner workings + patterns)
2. What brought me the most joy, fun, or aliveness this year and how can I intentionally expand these in my daily life? (consider people, relationships, parts of your career/business, and inner workings + patterns)
3. If joy and alignment led every decision I made in January 2026, what would shift immediately in how I show up, spend my time, and support myself?
4. If I lived all of 2026 the same way I want to live January, who would I become and what would my life look + feel like?
