We handed our entire Disney’s Animal Kingdom plan to a roulette wheel and then had to live with the consequences. The result is equal parts strategy and chaos: a specific date in early March, a standby only game plan, and a strict mobile order food rule that forces us to think about real world logistics like what is actually open, where you can order, and how long it takes to get seated.

From there, we nerd out on wait time data and crowd forecasting, comparing predicted versus observed waits and sharing the tools we use when we want to go full theme park analyst. The wheel also makes some truly wild calls: rope drop lands on Zootopia Better Zoogether, we weave through Gorilla Falls and Kilimanjaro Safaris, and we schedule Feathered Friends in Flight around showtimes while debating the right kind of “morning sweets.” Then we take a long detour to the Oasis Exhibits, grind through Na’vi River Journey, and finally score a mobile order lunch at Flame Tree Barbecue complete with a very real warning about aggressive birds and unprotected trays.

We close strong with Expedition Everest, Festival of the Lion King, a character meet at Adventurers Outpost, Discovery Island Trails, and a big swing at Avatar Flight of Passage.
