In this episode, Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy is joined by Speaker, Author, and Creator of The Black Book, Lyndsey Van Sickle. Lyndsey shares her journey of discovering The Black Book and how she wants to help people cope with their daily stressors with the tool that helped her break through hers.

Lyndsey is the author of The Black Book and a member of the National Speakers Association. She especially speaks to dental groups. Lyndsey knows what it is to live under immense pressure and sees how the stresses of our day block productivity and passion. She teaches shred writing as a hands-on, daily stress management tool that prevents burnout and gets professionals back to their original passions. She is a wife and mama to four, with a passion for speaking and outdoor adventures with her family.
