If you've ever found yourself pondering the age-old question – do women really support women? Well, you're in for a treat! Today, we're diving into a conversation that delves deep into the dynamics of female support, debunking myths, and exploring ways to foster a true sisterhood.
I've got the incredible Erica D'Eramo with me, the founder of Two Piers Consulting. Erica is on a mission to create diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environments, and she's got some invaluable insights to share.
We're breaking down three crucial points: First, debunking those myths surrounding women supporting women. Erica is here to reveal what's really happening behind the scenes. Second, we're tackling the challenging topic of dealing with unsupportive behaviors from other women. And finally, we're exploring how we can change this dynamic going forward – envisioning a sisterhood of support rather than rivalry.
So, sit back, relax, and get ready for a conversation that's bound to spark some thoughts and maybe even challenge a few perspectives.
