Somehow, we are all terrible at giving up control – like allowing things to happen instead of making them happen and letting them go smoothly and run their course. Today Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy talks about dropping the fight and letting go of what’s out of your control to make space for all the good things around you. Surrender literally means to stop fighting. Stop fighting with yourself. Stop fighting the universe and the natural flow of things. We can always choose to do things the easy way or the hard way. We can muscle through, or we can let go of the oars and let the current carry us downstream.
