In This Gem, I share a story with my daughter about the power of time. As time passes, we remember our wins and victories much clearer than we do our doubts and fears. At the moment, every failure and "mis-step" may feel like the end of the world, but as time passes, when asked about it, you won't even remember the negative feelings on your path to success. So take that leap of faith knowing that time is will be your friend.
