248. How to Get Control of Your Late Night Snacking

Snacking on popcorn the evenings. Nighttime cravings for chocolate. Glasses of wine to wind down. That period between dinner and bedtime is frequently filled with poor food and beverage decisions. Decisions that you instantly regret and wish you had better control over.
