Hello and welcome to The Weightlifting Nutritionist Podcast! In today’s episode, I wanted to do a Q&A about why you need to eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full. I know that is easier said than done but it is still so important in your recovery. So I want to go through some of the main questions I see come up.

  • How long does it take for my eating habits and thoughts to be normal?
  • Is it normal to be eating so much in the beginning?
