I caught up with Jason to discuss all things sika Deer and Irish stalking related.
  
 Jason was a professional hunter in Ireland for many years guiding people onto the famous ghosts of the forest Sika deer. He has a fantastic wealth of knowledge.
 
 We spoke about all thing stalking and shooting but there is so much more we did not cover so probably have to have him back on the show in the future
