While the fight-or-flight response has been extensively studied and is well known in popular culture, there’s a third, less noted, and studied response: freezing. In this episode, Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy talks about the freeze response and her experience with it. She also shares how it can show up in your life and how you can overcome it.
