So we're going to really live in that discipline of always, there's always something to be thankful for, which isn't just this pie in the sky, pretend like nothing bad is happening. It is the way through, though. It's the discipline that even in the midst of super hard, challenging, emotional, stressful, all that stuff is still there. But the way through what I've learned from practice, I learned from my wife in her modeling. And I think our kids just live in this now too, because we just practiced it for so many years, which is, oh, I'm going to start with gratitude. Gratitude is the way through."
