The second half of the season is upon us and the Cubs are just as meh as we all suspected they would be, which means little Jeddy has to make a big decision. What are the arguments for selling or buying and honestly, why do you have to do either? Would it be that crazy to trade based on need instead of contract status and controllable years? Probably.
