This week, Jeff and Kyle host Steve Ralos, owner of Brickyard Fitness in Kansas City. 

Steve was born and raised in Australia and started off his fitness career playing professional soccer until he moved to the United States and coached D1 soccer for many years. When Covid hit, Steve and his wife Nina purchased a very old and historical building and made Brickyard Fitness a reality. Along with owning the gym, Steve and Nina both compete in bodybuilding, lifestyle and prep coach,  and lead group fitness classes at Brickyard.
