The first podcast of 2021! In this episode director of communications, Claire Baker spoke with Courtney and Mitchell Gaer about celiac disease in their family. Courtney speaks on her experiences as a mother caring for a child with celiac disease and the journey of how Mitchell was finally diagnosed. Mitchell speaks about what it's like being diagnosed and living with celiac disease as a young man. He is now in college and offers great advice on successfully living gluten-free as a college student. We also touched on non-celiac gluten sensitivity (aka gluten intolerance) which they believe Mitchell's younger brother has.
