271. How to Eat Enough Protein (Even if you don’t like meat!)

The protein recommendations for women always sound ridiculous. That’s SO much protein! How is it even possible to eat that much, especially if you don’t like meat?!

Podcast listener, Bonnie, sent me this question this week: “I’d like to hear you talk about ways to ensure adequate daily protein intake for women who don’t eat meat - like beef, pork chicken, etc. This is me, but I do eat fish, eggs and dairy.”
