In mijn podcast 'A Smaller Life' ga ik op onderzoek uit hoe ik mijn bedrijf klein en relevant kan houden. Ik praat met makers en professionals uit 'mijn' scene; de handwerkwereld, om erachter te komen hoe we door bewust klein te blijven groots kunnen leven. Minder en bewuster hebben en kopen, dat is goed voor mens, dier en milieu. Maar hoe blijf je als kleine ondernemer in een niche markt dan nog meedraaien?

Vandaag praat ik met Floor Flurij.

Floor is een actief lid van de Ja, Wol Community - onze online groep waar we als makers elkaar inspireren en stimuleren om onze eigen garderobes op basis van bewuste keuzes te maken. Floor schrijft in de community artikelen over haar Stash Management en omdat ik regelmatig feedback krijg dat mensen graag lid zouden worden maar er niet veel tijd voor hebben, nodigde ik haar uit om haar ervaring te delen.
