John + Jane's Sauces: Pow Pow Sauce Ingredients:

• 1 cup mayo
• 1 tbsp hot sauce, chili oil, or red pepper flakes. Adjust quantity for heat preference
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp gluten-free soy sauce
• 2 tsp maple syrup (can substitute honey, another sweetener, or leave out to make sugar-free)
