Dan’s life mission is to “call everyone toward the God-sized and redemptively absurd advance that makes us tremble.” Dan Deeble leads Lost Ball Consulting, a leadership and communication-focused consulting firm. They help businesses and organizations unlock their full potential and put it into play. Prior to this, Dan served for 20 years in total and 15 years as lead pastor of Heartland Community, a church of approximately 3,500 in the metro Kansas City area. Dan has also worked as Director of Marketing for McDonald’s Restaurants of Santa Barbara & Goleta where he developed their customer loyalty platform and oversaw all marketing activities (1995-1998). He then joined GraphiCard Systems International, working in business development, sales, and project management (1998-2000). Dan Deeble is a California kid who ended up in a Kansas town. He married a Missouri girl and together they have three brave, teenage daughters— one of whom is adopted and all of whom are awesome. He also plays an ugly round of golf but a mean game of Wiffle.
