I freaking love to see the rise in spiritual language, leaders, & communities happening, BUT not all of it is rooted in integrity. 

In this episode, I share some of the red flags that can show up in healing spaces, beyond spiritual & cultural appropriation. We’re getting into the less-talked-about stuff: ego masquerading as embodiment, gaslighting framed as divine wisdom, & community structures that start to feel more like control than care.

This isn’t about cancel culture or calling people out, it’s about staying conscious, calling ourselves in,  remembering that real growth doesn’t require hierarchy, hustle, or hype.

No fear-mongering, no guru worship, just a grounded reminder that you deserve to grow on your own terms.
