It's our second episode with Joe Vaughn! We talked about his day today responsibilities as a procurement forester, how climate change is affecting the forestry and timber industries, and about what it's like to be black in the green industry. We cover some heavy topics, but Joe is such a positive person and approaches inclusion, diversity, and representation in such a meaningful way, that I hope this leaves you inspired to be more inclusive and accepting in your own life.
