#29 When Should You Expect Kids to Read?

Most kids start school around age 5 or 6 years old. And the first big accomplishment that parents and teachers are tracking is when the student can read. The pressure is on big time from day one. Will their kindergartener or first grader succeed or fail in this area? How will parents react if their little one struggles? What about the child? How much pressure do they end up feeling? We have seven children. We’ve been there. We look forward to setting you free with wisdom, data, experience, and perspective.
