Having recently returned from another amazing conference, I'm reminded again at how important it is that we make (and keep) big decisions.

But also to not be afraid of them.

Fear is probably the biggest dream-thief in the world. And it often stems from not wanting to make or keep a decision.

And so we linger, hoping things will change.
