We return after last weeks very uncinematic episode with all the movies at the multiplexes (and at home).

First up is from the disaster movie legend Roland Emmerich as the Moon becomes our new foe in 'Moonfall', then its a trip back to our youth as Johnny Knoxville and his band of miscreants come back for a fourth instalment in 'Jackass Forever', Oscar nominees Jessica Chastain and Andrew Garfield (but not for this film) star in 'The Eyes Of Tammy Faye' and we finish with unique Netflix animation 'The House'.

On the auspicious day of 2.2.22 we gather to discuss all the movies we have seen this week. Starting with Sky Cinema Original action thriller 'One Shot' then its off to the cinema for animated sequel 'Sing 2' and British horror offering 'Amulet'.

Episode 231 has landed and we have some home grown Scottish beer, too much rum and an abundance of movies. 

On the docket this week we look over Joel Coens solo debut film 'The Tragedy Of Macbeth' on Apple+ and in cinemas we watch horror requel 'Scream' and finish with PTA nostalgic flick 'Licorice Pizza'

A much longer episode than expected especially since only one of us had actually seen anything. 

This week we look of limited cinema/streaming release restaurant drama 'Boiling Point', franchise origin movie 'The King's Man', Netflix scifi thriller 'Mother/Android', Amazon Prime release from director George Clooney and starring Ben Affleck 'The Tender Bar' and all female led action movie 'The 355'. 

We are back with the first episode of 2022.

It is tinged with sadness as we pay respects to the late greats Betty White, Peter Bogdanovich and Sidney Poitier.

Then its onto all things movies, with a return to the 2000's with the fourth instalment in a franchise long thought complete 'The Matrix: Resurrections', then Amazon Prime delivers Guy Ritchie helmed Jason Statham thriller 'Wrath Of Man', Netflix drama 'The Lost Daughter' and we finish with French body horror/thriller 'Titane'.

In what has become a favourite tradition of Three Beers And A Movie, the end of year calls for a review of all the movies we can recall from the year that was. Most importantly all those involved with the pod and some friends of the pod submit there top ten of the years, then through some complex maths we boil down the top ten of the year according to us. 

This year was a fine selection with a clear and deserved winner.

In our last episode reviewing movies of 2021 we cast an eye over some big hitters, the 27th movie in the MCU 'Spider-Man: No Way Home', the return of the GOAT with 'West Side Story', indescribable Icelandic thriller 'Lamb' and we finish with Amazon Prime offering 'Encounter'.

Two men feeling somewhat under the weather convene via zoom to chat about movies. This week we barely make plurals with only two flicks on the docket, first up is Netflix and awards darling 'The Power Of The Dog' and secondly we finally get around to watching the second 2021 offering from Ridley Scott 'House Of Gucci'.

With December upon us we get into the Christmas spirit with new festive offerings, starting with Disney+ relaunching an old favourite with 'Home Sweet Home Alone', then it's over to Sky Cinema for family adventure in 'A Boy Called Christmas' and its back to Disney for new Marvel TV series with all the festive vibes 'Hawkeye'. We also get into more adult fare with Netflix offering from Halle Berry in 'Bruised'.
