This week we start with Disney+ offering, a new dive into a much loved franchise 'Predator: Killer Of Killers', we then give some respect (but not too much) to Prime Video release 'The Squatchers', we then get very classy with a remake of the Ang Lee classic 'The Wedding Banquet', one of us is quite taken by all things 'Straw' on Netflix, the other gets brave and embraces the Ronseal of movies 'Clown In A Cornfield' and we finish with a trip back to the cinema do delve into the world of John Wick with 'Ballerina'

We start with maybe the final outing of Tom Cruise as Ethan Hunt in 'Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning', Netflix horror release 'Fear Street: Prom Night', new Disney liveaction release 'Lilo & Stitch', more legends return in 'Karate Kid: Legends', Wes Anderson makes his unique slice of cinema again, this time in the star studded 'The Phoenician Scheme' and we finish with Apple+ offering 'Fountain Of Youth'

We have reached a ridiculous milestone, 400 episodes of this silliness

This week we don't talk about much new but instead defend our most extreme reviews the 10/10 and the 1/10's and we recap our end of year reviews from the past seven years.

We were back at our spiritual home The Raven, Glasgow, its been a little while, it was loud but was wonderful to get back to the original premise of the two of us talking in a pub about the movies we loved.

We are both failing in the sunny weather...we want it but we fear it

This week we look at Paramount+ horror offering 'Werewolves', we get our romcom on with 'Bridget Jones Mad About The Boy', then we delve into dystopia on Prime Video with 'The Assessment', one of us thinks a film came out in 2024 but in reality its 2014 and Salma Hayek is kicking ass in 'Everly' and we finish with heartfelt comedy/drama on Netflix 'Nonnas'.

We are testing out a new recording method this week so the sound quality is a little bit variable...luckily its only making the loud one quieter

For the second week in a row we have pretty much seen everything each other has, so its a good week, as we talk about Amazon Prime's very fancy and classy looking sequel 'Another Simple Favour', more Prime Video content with scifi 'Ash', then its over to Sky Cinema for Daisy Ridley going all John McClane on us in 'Cleaner', we then look at Shudder offering from New Zealand with a cast of note 'The Rule Of Jenny Pen' and we finish with a trip to the cinema for some heartfelt drama in 'The Penguin Lessons'

We start with comedy/horror on Sky Cinema 'The Parenting' with a fairly stellar cast, then its onto the film of the moment the reuniting of Coogler with Jordan with 'Sinners', then more horror (witha twist) in 'well they got in made' effort 'Zombie Repellant' and we finish with real life war drama 'Warfare'

We start with Blumhouse horror 'The Woman In the Yard', before diving into the world of espionage with 'The Amateur', we then find time to watch the true president Viola Davis take down terrorists in 'G20', more thrills follows with a dating story from hell in 'Drop' and we finish with the return of De Niro to the gangster lifestyle 'The Alto Knights'

We start with Disney+/Hulu elevated horror effort 'Control Freak', then we continue the horror theme with British flick from Shudder 'Black Cab', then a contender for one of the worst films of the year so far 'In The Lost Lands'. We then get to the cinema to see the cultural phenomenon that is 'A Minecraft Movie' and urban horror/thriller 'Restless'
