One of the top rivalries in college football is part of our latest show, as the Oklahoma Sooners and Texas Longhorns renew their rivalry this weekend in Dallas.

Host T.J. Rives is back with more great guests, insight and Underdog predictions. Coming off of last weekend with three successful college football doggie picks between T.J. and his guests, he welcomes senior handicapper Brian Edwards of BrianEdwardsSports.com and Vegas Insider back to the show.

They go over a couple of interesting underdogs, including one that Brian has in the Big 12 and T.J. loves an SEC road doggie for Saturday. They also discuss the uncertainty of Hurricane "Delta" bearing down on the Gulf South and how it might affect some college football games in the region.

Next, one of the legendary coaching figures of major college football in the 70s and 80s is a guest on the show. The incomparable Barry Switzer, who won two national championships at Oklahoma, as well as a Super Bowl title with the Dallas Cowboys, comes on to discuss the latest "Red River Rivalry" game to be played Saturday.

Switzer defeated the Texas Longhorns 9 times in his legendary run, and has insight on how bizarre the 2020 version will be with only 25% fans allowed in the Cotton Bowl due to Covid 19. Switzer also tells great stories about this game's history.

Plus, he and T.J. discuss Switzer's legendary surprise birthday party the night before this game 13 years ago in Dallas, that included country music legend Toby Keith, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and some of Switzer's great players in attendance, also.

Next up, is the YouTube round table with South Florida sportscaster Chris Fischer and T.J.'s "wing man" from SiriusXM and Tunein, Ari Russell. The three guys discuss the Miami Hurricanes chances Saturday night in their primetime showdown at Clemson. How many of the panel believe the Canes at +14 have a chance to hang in what's the number one ranked Tigers?

There's also a lot of MLB playoff talk with the Miami Marlins and the Tampa Bay Rays both alive for the baseball postseason. And, Ari, who is from the New York area, is stumping for his Yankees to try to advance to the American League Championship Series, as well.

Finally, Brian Edwards rejoins T.J. for the final segment to talk NFL and Underdogs. Will Brian go back to the Cincinnati Bengals, who have been good to him as a pooch so far this year? And T.J. also likes another AFC Underdog, as well this week.

After a huge week of successful college and NFL Underdog predictions, hosts T.J. Rives and guests are back!

First, T.J. welcomes in Brian Edwards, senior handicapper of BrianEdwardssports.com and Vegas insider, back of the show. Brian was a perfect 3 for 3 on his underdogs that he handed out last week, including Mississippi State's stunning upset, as a 16-point underdog at defending national champion, LSU.

Brian not only pegged the Bulldogs SEC opening, win but also had two other NFL doggies with Cincinnati covering in their tie at Philadelphia. And, he hit with the Packers Sunday night out-right when in the Superdome against the Saints.

Brian looks to follow up with a Conference USA Underdog in college football and loves and AFC East doggy as well, this week.

Next, T.J. talks his Tampa Bay Lightning with "Lightning Insider" Erik Erlendsson off of the Bolts Stanley Cup Championship clinching series win earlier this week. It's the second ever hockey championship for the Lightning and Erik provides great insight on how they defeated the Dallas Stars. Plus, they overcame all of the hurdles with life in "the hockey bubble" to win the Cup.

Then, T.J. welcomes Charles Davis from the NFL coverage on CBS. Charles and Ian Eagle will be working the L.A. Chargers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers game Sunday in the Sunshine State. Charles gives insight on why the Buccaneers have turned things around the last couple of weeks. And, also, what kind of shot does L.A. have, as a seven-point Underdog this week?

Up next, Colby Dant of "The College Experience" podcast on "The Sports Gambling Podcast" network of shows and DeShaun Tate of "Tate's Tate" the basketball podcast join T.J. on the YouTube video Round Table. Colby has some excellent college football takes  and underdogs for this week, including a surprising "SEC road hound."

Deshaun, meanwhile, handicaps the Miami Heat chances in the seven-game series with the L.A. Lakers for the NBA Finals that have gotten underway.

Finally T.J. and Brian Edwards cap off the show with TJ making an underdog NFL pick and analyzing some more of the NFL matchups for the weekend.

Host T J Rives welcomes his special guests to mix it up about what we've seen so far in September on the Gridiron.

Brian is dishing some serious College underdogs including a potential SEC upset that he has had pegged for a month.. T.J. also explains why he loves the "Black Knights of the Hudson," they Army Cadets, in their matchup at Cincinnati Saturday afternoon.

Then it's time for the YouTube Round Table, where we welcome "J.T. The Brick" of the "Mad Dog Sports Radio" Channel on SiriusXM Satellite Radio and part of the Vegas Raiders radio broadcast. The Brick is joined by Jonathan Grella, former P.R. director for the Buccaneers who's now a public relations guru out of Washington D.C.

The guys talk about the Raiders impressive Monday night debut in their new palace in the desert giving them a 2 - 0 start.  And, then, on the converse, the Jets dismal 0-2 beginning has Jonathan wondering how soon the plug is pulled on New York head coach, Adam Gase.?
