This week on this shortened podcast we talk the Nike/Colin Kapernick controversy, Ed discusses his vacation to New Hampshire and we recommend a couple of movies. This week's music discussion revolves around local music from the New England area and we discuss bands like Bog of the Infidel, Eternal Khan and Pilgrim. A short and sweet episode for everybody so we could record more than one and get a couple in the can as recording is going to be a little sporadic comig up. Enjoy!

First off apologies in advance for the audio. We decided to roll with 3 mics for this show which created a very bad echo in the audio file 20 we had to trash 2 of the files which left us no choice but to have one mic and 2 of us way in the background. We still don't know the issue there. If anybody has some advice email us at [email protected]. Until then we'll be going back to our old way of recording.

In these episode its just the 3 dudes and we break down some big upcoming UFC fights, do our typical music segment and do some word association which leads us all up to coming up with some goals to reach by the end of the year. Enjoy!

On this weeks episode we sit down with up and coming horror writer J.C. Walsh and focus in on some of his work and get into a deep discussion about horror movies. Our music discussion focuses around songs with meaningful lyrics and we do a lyric breakdown of bands such as Trivium, Pagan Altar, ASG and Remembering Never which is pretty interesting and takes up the majority of the show. We do an impromptu Word Association segment and Ed goes on a Patriotic rant.

In our very first episode we review some metal new and old by bands such as Dee Snider, Tomb Mold and In Solitude. We also get into the witch hunts going on within and outside the metal world right now and the roll of the media in it all. Ed has a bullying story which transitions into a plea for people to find some kind of creative outlet for themselves instead of just slaving to the grind and we all remember back to a time where you would go to the record store to get the newest music and run to your friends house and listen together which is what inspired this podcast to begin with. Remake movies get trashed, local eateries get some love and we drop some recommendations for you. Oh and Ray almost burns his house down cooking potato...rods?
