What an amazing, healthy, beautiful decision. Second, I know this can be a stressful time of year to commit to such a big decision, but friend... it is TOTALLY doable.
In today's episode, I'm going to give you 3 tips on how to not only stay sober over the holidays, but to have FUN. Choosing to be alcohol-free isn't boring, in fact, I think it's way more fun.
